(CNN) -- A recent poll indicates that online gamers are becoming dangerously radical.

Sony Online Entertainment President John Smedley recieved a restraining order against one of his company's customers, who goes by the alias of Hellfish, on Monday. The judge ruled in favor of Mr. Smedley on the charges of stalking, creating a religious cult centered around Smedley, and sending him an entire cake in the mail every day.

The deranged customer refused to comment, but Mr. Smedley said that he was "very glad to be rid of that incredibly creepy person", and was even happier to continue recieving Hellfish's monthly subscription to the online game PlanetSide.

The judge was cautious in his ruling at first, however, after a security tape from a convenience store was played, showing Hellfish sneaking up behind Mr. Smedley and attempting to force a crown onto his head, the ruling was very solid. There was also a quote by Mr. Smedley of how, when leaving his house one day, Hellfish "jumped out from behind my bushes, completely naked, tackled me, and yelled 'Give me your perfect seed!'".

Hellfish will, under this order, not be able to even be in the same state as Mr. Smedley, nor be allowed to continue emailing provocative photographs of himself.
